Feeder Flowtech aims to automatically adjust all parameters that affect the gob using the data from Gob Scan (3D Gob shape, gob falling angle, gob temperature map, surface defects).
Feeder Flowtech analyzes and solves the root cause of possible imperfections in the gob.
Feeder Flowtech automatically regulates
• Radiative Electric Forehearth: Gob temperature homogeneity is obtained by optimization of power distribution on each radiative element
• Independent Servo Plunger: gob weight and shape creation by the optimization of height and stroke of each gob in any cavity and section
• Servo Parallel Shear: gob length and falling angle are secured by optimizing single cut parameters
